digital content producer

Fruit Towers - London

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

At innocent we’re going through an exciting period of growth and we need a new designer to create digital content for our award-winning digital team.

We have a big online community of drinkers across various social platforms – 600,000 fans on Facebook, 290,000 followers on Twitter and 85,000 on Instagram. It will be your job to work with our in-house creative teams to entertain our fans every day by coming up with content ideas, and bringing them to life by creating imagery and video for use across our social channels.

On a typical day, you could find yourself creating an image for a tweet reacting to something in the news, photographing our new super juices for our next social media campaign, and brainstorming ideas for a snapchat video to share on Valentine’s Day. No two days are the same around here, and we need someone who can adapt and thrive in a changing environment.

You will also be responsible for the content on our website, ensuring that our online presence is looking great and up to date at all times. And it will be your job to look after our family (the people who subscribe to our email newsletter), managing its creation and broadcast.

you'll have

  • consistently original ideas, and the ability to take them from concept to completion
  • design skills, with solid technical ability to back it up (proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • photography skills, with the ability to make and edit images, video and GIF content
  • someone who thrives in a team environment, who can collaborate to produce brilliant creative work
  • able to react quickly to opportunities (on our social channels, producing content very quickly is key to our success)
  • working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

    Bonus points if:
  • you have experience as a digital designer, either in-house or for an agency
  • you have expert knowledge or experience of social media for brands
  • you’re a good writer

you'll get

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business. And, as well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we offer free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close on 26th August.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don’t have to. We’re all about being healthy and happy here at innocent so we’re open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.
