Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. what you'll be doing
- Develop and implement a profitable revenue growth model at the market level, leveraging all relevant RGM (Revenue Growth Management) levers to drive sustainable growth.
- Performance tracking
- Utilize and enhance existing tools to monitor and track the performance of RGM strategies, ensuring accurate reporting on revenue, margin, and market performance.
- Cross-functional management
- Act as the interface between Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring that revenue and margin planning, management, and tracking are aligned over a 1-year or longer horizon.
- NPD and portfolio management
- Provide strategic input to marketing teams on product innovations, ensuring alignment with market needs and revenue growth objectives.
- Channel Strategy
- Define and optimize the channel strategy across various sales channels to maximize effectiveness, ensuring that all channels contribute to overall revenue growth.
you'll have
- Extensive experience in revenue management, commercial, or commercial strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the UK market and its dynamics.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and optimizing profit strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance).
- Ability to set up and implement new business growth strategies.
