Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. what you'll be doing

At innocent, we’re all about making it easier for people to live well with the tasty goodness of fruit and veg. That’s why we’ve set ourselves a big goal: our ‘Fruiture’ strategy aims to get a billion more portions of fruit and veg out into the world by 2030.

As our Transformation Planning Manager in Enterprise Change, you’ll be right at the heart of making that happen. Your job? Pull together joined-up annual business plans, long-range plans, and strategic change plans that take us all the way to 2030.

You’ll need to mix a sharp eye for detail with a curious mind and a love for fresh ideas. We’re looking for someone who can bring real thought leadership to how we build and improve our plans. You’ll care about the ‘why’ behind the changes we make and spend plenty of time working with senior stakeholders to make it all happen. The result? A big, tangible impact on our mission to deliver those billion extra portions.

you'll have

  • Experience leading projects and programmes, ideally in an FMCG manufacturing setting. You’re comfortable juggling the details while still keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
  • A knack for long‑term planning and turning big ideas into clear, practical plans for the year ahead. You’ve helped guide change before and enjoy thinking about what’s best for the whole business.
  • The ability to take in complex technical information and explain it in a way that makes sense to everyone — whether they’re hands‑on experts or senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, helping teams stay aligned, make decisions, and keep things moving in a lively, fast‑changing environment.
  • Strong emotional and organisational awareness, with the ability to read the room, build positive relationships, and help teams work smoothly together.
  • A warm and supportive approach to working with others — you’re able to challenge thoughtfully, encourage collaboration, and help people learn and grow.
