Supply Planning Training Scheme (Supply Chain Apprenticeship)

Fruit Towers - London

Early Careers

£20.000 PA

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

We are looking for an apprentice to join our Supply Chain Team.

An apprenticeship is a great choice if you are not going to University, considering a career change or just like to get stuck in and learn on the job.

You'll be handling a real job from day 1, whilst studying towards an industry-recognised standard.

Our Supply Planning Training Scheme will get you a full understanding of our supply chain end to end, learn to project manage like a pro and work with supply chain management systems to add some real value.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and be accountable for the planning of innocent finished good format/raw materials
  • Project manage and own continuous improvement projects
  • Work cross-functionally with wider supply chain teams
  • Analyse and implement KPI data to drive positive change in supply chain
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external

Once your apprenticeship training kicks off, you’ll spend 20% of your time studying towards your Supply Chain Practitioner standard – level 3 apprenticeship, with the option to combine this with Business Admin Level 3 diploma. This will be through a mix of e-learning, tutor sessions and workshops. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in other interesting projects to help support your off the job training.

you'll have

  • A consistent track record of achievement -  minimum 5 GCSEs and two A-levels. If you’ve already got a degree unrelated to Supply Chain, we’d love to hear about that too
  • Some job experience - you'll have already cut your teeth in the world of work. This can be a recent role, a placement/internship experience or a combination of both
  • Bags of initiative, ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. The more you put into this opportunity, the more you’ll get out
  • Experience in managing a workload that has contending demands. You’ll be doing a real job whilst studying for your apprenticeship. When the going gets tough, you'll need to stay resilient and bring your A-game
  • Ability to create and foster good relationships. You'll be dealing with a lot of people and will need to communicate effectively when things do not go to plan.
  • Good organisation skills - you'll  have to juggle different demands
  • Comfortable with numbers and a ‘right first time’ kind of person with some experience of working with Excel
Please note that you will be required to work towards Level 2 in Maths and English, unless exempt from recognised prior learning (we’ll support you in that).

As we have to follow apprenticeship guidelines, we’ll be unable to able to consider candidates that already hold a qualification at level 3 or higher in Supply Chain (including formal training).

you'll get

In return for everything you can bring, we offer an exciting and challenging role in a fast-growing business, with plenty of career opportunities. As well as developing all the skills to build a successful career in Supply Chain.
