Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
what you'll be doing
We have had an exciting period of change recently within the innocent supply chain team, bringing on board our new manufacturing site and changing how we work alongside new technology. We are now in the next step of the journey, building the right processes, capabilities and plans for our future ambitions. This role sits in the newly formed End to End Supply Chain Optimisation team. You’ll report into the section of the team focusing on supply chain transformation particularly in the planning and supply chain management space.

• The custodian for key parts of the supply planning framework, ensuring the processes and solutions align with our objectives and fit with other key processes around the business
• Defining and maintaining best practice for supply planning processes
• Ensure that processes are understood and trained out and that planning process theory matches reality in relation to our system solutions
• Working with a range of stakeholders particularly within the supply chain and technology teams to align on key principles and ways of working
• Identifying and implementing a roadmap of opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring we have great process documentation and SOPs that support the teams in running our key processes
• Driving process adoption including regularly assessing and monitoring the effectiveness of our processes
• Supporting existing processes and systems during our transformation project as needed to ensure we maintain core planning performance
you'll have
• Strong problem solving skills with a track record of process improvement
• Experience in supply chain or supply planning roles including experience with best practice planning process, systems and methodologies
• Great communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Flexibility in working within a changing process and system landscape and willingness to dive into ambiguity
• Experience in change management
you'll get
• The opportunity to be a part of one of our key strategic projects for supply chain and the innocent business
• The chance to use your process improvement skills and supply chain knowledge to set up the right ways of working and process standards to enable our growth and optimisation ambitions
• An in depth understanding of the innocent supply planning processes and systems and how they interact both now and in the future
We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
