Supply Finance Analyst - Packaging and Manufacturing
Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
what you'll be doing
- Keeping an eye on all financials related to blending, ensuring transactions are posted on time and within budget.
- Partnering with the raw material warehousing team to track handling, intake, and storage costs.
- Owning the numbers for all packaging purchases within the supply chain, making sure everything is accounted for.
- Working closely with Procurement to stay ahead of pricing changes, keeping our forecasts sharp and accurate.
- Watching year-to-date variances, refining projections, and making sure we stay on track.
- Making adjustments where needed to ensure everything matches our going-in forecast and budget.

- An excellent ability to analyse data and build a story on the finances.
- The ability to influence decisions based on solid analysis.
- Business partnering skills with non-finance partners would be the cherry on top.
- A keen desire to change and enhance processes.

- An in-depth understanding of our packaging and blending finances, and the role they play in our >€330m supply chain.
- An opportunity to work with key stakeholders in our Procurement function and help drive decision making.
- Great exposure to budgeting, forecasting and standard costing.
