Studio Manager (FTC)

team:

Marketing

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

what you'll be doing

Here at innocent, we’re going through an exciting period of growth, getting our drinks into the hands of more drinkers across Europe.

To support this momentum, we’re looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join our creative team, (they’re like an internal creative agency just for us) on a fixed-term maternity cover basis.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Executive Creative Director to help maintain a thriving, productive environment where great creative work can flourish. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio, including:

  • project & Resource Management - Manage the scheduling, allocation, and delivery of creative resources and internal projects to ensure timely, on-budget execution.
  • team Coordination - Act as the central connector between creative and internal teams, using Monday.com to drive collaboration and project visibility.
  • operational oversight - Oversee studio systems, tools, suppliers, and freelance operations to maintain smooth day-to-day running of the studio.
  • creative support - Receive and triage all new creative briefs, working with leadership to prioritise projects and manage team capacity effectively.
  • budget and reporting - Track studio budgets and freelance costs, providing regular performance and capacity updates to the ECD.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and a natural communicator, ready to jump in and keep things running smoothly while supporting our brilliant creative team.

you'll have

  • experience in a studio manager role either in-house or in an agency environment
  • knowledge of processes and tools to help us work as efficiently as possible, experience with Monday.com would be beneficial
  • the ability to re-prioritise and escalate briefs while protecting our processes to help support strong creative outputs that are on time and on budget (we like to keep the main thing, the main thing)
  • extremely good organisational skills and be a great problem solver
  • exceptional communication in every way, verbally and via email/teams

you'll get

  • to work for the company that was named Creativepool’s ‘Best Brand to Work For’ in 2021
  • to be part of (and shape) a strong and entrepreneurial award winning creative team
  • team inspiration days
  • access to coaching and mentoring
  • loads of free smoothies (obviously)

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
