S&OP Manager

location:

Fruit Towers - London

team:

IT and Business Change

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

Hello,

We’re going through an exciting period of growth – broadening both our products portfolio and the geographies we operate within, getting our delicious drinks in the hands of more and more drinkers across Europe. And for this reason we’re looking for two S&OP managers to join our Business Delivery team.

You’ll work closely with one of our regional teams - UK&I or FBI (France Belgium Italy) - to make sure the plan for the next two years stays deliverable and aligned with the other business functions as it evolves.

As a preferred partner, you’ll have the responsibility to run the monthly S&OP process for your region. You’ll lead our group process for understanding, communicating, setting targets for and improving one of our key business metrics (service & wastage or capacity).

You’ll lead the cross functional planning for our key campaigns like the Big Knit (http://www.thebigknit.co.uk/), Back to School Campaign (https://innocentbiggrow.com/), and the launch of new products.

You’ll have to challenge and drive change to the way we do things as a team or a business to keep us fit for the future.

you'll have

  • the ability to see through the noise to bring simplicity and structure to situations that are complex or ambiguous
  • a genuine interest in other peoples' perspectives and the ability to adapt your approach to their priorities and preferences
  • analytical skills with the ability to get stuck into data, form conclusions and convert them into actions that add value
  • a drive to make things happen and a desire to learn and improve
  • the confidence in communication to have those difficult conversations
  • another language (French or Dutch) would be the cherry on top

you'll get

  • this is a broad and varied role where you’ll analyse data and partner with people – everyday will be different,
  • the chance to work with different teams across the business,
  • a broad understanding of information flow, processes and decision making at innocent,
  • the opportunity to make a difference -  challenging how we do things is part and parcel of your role.

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities in the UK and across Europe as well as a competitive rewards package. We also have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at. Take a look at our reward page for more details.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're all about being healthy and happy here at innocent so we're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.

No agencies please.
