Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

what you'll be doing

We love making products that make it easy for people to live well from the delicious goodness of Fruit and Veg. Our team of Product Developers make the magic happen, creating great tasting products that are great for you.

We’re looking for a Research & Development (R&D) lab technician to join our Innovation Ventures Team, working with a talented bunch of Product Developers (PDs) as part of the wider R&D team, sitting within the overall Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role, and it’ll be your job to be the guardian of our lab facilities, making sure our Lab is in top notch working order. By doing this you will be enabling the creation of our great tasting products to happen in an efficient, high quality and safe way.

You’ll be responsible for making sure our tasty ingredients are always well stocked, and equipment is well looked after. You will be supporting the Product and Packaging development and technical teams in making and measuring of our tasty new products, ensuring we have all the right knowledge at our fingertips. You will also be getting things where they need to be at the right time, managing all the sample sending & deliveries.

You will be always looking for ways to leave things better than you found them, continuously improving the lab to make it the best place for creating amazing products.
