innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing


2017 was a great year for us, there was loads of great new products, we expanded into new regions and the business grew really well. And, this year is looking even more exciting. In fact, we’ve some pretty big ambitions for 2018, so, to help us achieve these, we’re looking for a recruiter to come onboard for 6 months and help us to find some really great people.

It’ll be your job to support all the various business functions with their recruitment. This is a 360 role and you be involved in every stage, from the initial kick-off meeting, to writing adverts, finding and approaching candidates and interviewing - right through to offer and bringing on board. 


Hunting high and low

We want a decent ad response of course, but you’ll understand that this is only a small part of the story. We need a skilled researcher, able to find the below-the-radar candidates. And, be comfortable and confident in making direct approaches to, and networking with, people in the industry.

great social media skills

It's not just LinkedIn - which we use a lot by the way, you’ll also know how to use all the other social tools available to talk to our audience. You’ll be pretty good at it too. It’s more than just about posting ads though, you’ll know how to engage with people and create interest and excitement in innocent as a place to build a career.


interviewing prowess

We’re not after Claude from The Apprentice, but you’ll need to know which side of the table to sit. We do pride ourselves on having a pretty robust process, so you’ll be someone who loves the art of interviewing and takes it pretty seriously.

We’re an FMCG company but we support all the functions in the business, so you’ll need to feel as comfortable interviewing a senior FD as you are a graphic designer (and everything in between)
