Project Manager (12 month ftc)

location:

Fruit Towers - London

team:

IT and Business Change

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

what you'll be doing

Project Manager – Enterprise Services

A bit about the team

Here at innocent, we’ve been on a journey over the past couple of years, starting the revolution to our core bits of technology and all of the processes we use with the intention to make sure our business runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible as it grows. We’ve finished delivering and stabilising one of our biggest ever change programmes after implementing an ERP, PLM, EDI and HR solution and we need brilliant people to continue leading us through change to support the evolving needs of the business. You’ll be joining a newly formed part of the team, focusing on project delivery and change management into the business.

A bit about the role

We have a very exciting opportunity to join this recently restructured team as a Project Manager, working alongside the wider Enterprise Service team to own, run and deliver on our Supply and Finance backlogs which consist of a combination of discrete change requests and in-year tactical projects. You’ll sit in the Delivery & Execution team within Enterprise Services and partnering with Business Analysts, 3rd parties and business stakeholders, to lead and deliver fast paced projects and other pieces of change work. You’ll rapidly establish and disband project teams, deploy effective governance, and build, maintain and grow relationships, driving momentum and pace of overall delivery (whilst not skimping on quality) in this space.

We are looking for a proactive, action-orientated project manager who is quick to take ownership and can work independently, readily building relationships with all, and can create an open, collaborative environment within project teams to lead them to success.

What you’ll be doing

As a Project Manager in the Enterprise Services team, you will be:
  • Managing multiple technology projects, backlogs and priorities in a fast-paced environment across different areas of the business
  • Maintaining delivery momentum through the creation and execution of excellent project plans, documentation and effective governance, enabling your projects to be managed against timelines, budget, scope, resource, risks, issues & dependencies
  • Creating and managing high-performing project teams, and motivating them to deliver the project objectives
  • Establish, build and maintain relationships across the business to deliver change, navigating through ambiguity, risks and issues and working closely with programme and portfolio managers to identify and manage dependencies
  • Partnering with and delivering through multiple 3rd party technology vendors and internal change teams
  • Landing change into our business through brilliant change mgmt. and engagement with users and stakeholders

  • The chance to be part of a newly structured team, in a newly formed area (and bit) of the business whose job it is to enable and unlock the capabilities needed to deliver on our ambition to deliver 1billion more portions of fruit and veg into our drinkers by 2030.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
