Supply Chain

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

We’re looking for a Logistics Network Expert to join our supply chain team. Our Supply Chain team are the engine room of the business and the people who make the magic (smoothies and drinks) happen.

As our Supply Chain expands, you will create your own magic by selecting the right logistics partners, conducting negotiations, building strong relationships, with new and existing suppliers, and proposing/managing supply chain network changes, from concept to delivery.

We are a small team, so you will be able to demonstrate your stakeholder management skills by working cross-functionally, to ensure our network is suitable for innocent's long-term business.

you'll have

We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in the world of logistics, who is also looking to build a career in Supply Chain. Also someone who has:

  • Excellent relationship building skills - we can’t do a great job without building strong relationships, so you need to be more honey than lemon when it comes to people.
  • Strong numerate and analytical skills – we work with lots of numbers and ensuring they’re correct is key.
  • Strong communication - you’ll sometimes have to deliver difficult messages, so being clear and professional is essential.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity whilst under pressure – you’ll be able to simplify ambiguous situations to solve problems, quickly. So, having a logical approach, whilst keeping the ‘bigger picture’ in mind, is a must.
  • A proven track record in identifying and delivering improvements – We’re always looking to improve way we do things (even we’re not perfect) and you will need to be good at identifying supply chain improvements, getting buy-in from key stakeholders and ultimately delivering change.

you'll get

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to develop their strategic and commercial supply chain ability in a fast-growing, dynamic business. You will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the European FMCG industry and contract manage a wide variety of logistics suppliers.

Over the coming years we are going to make a significant changes within our supply chain. You’ll have the opportunity to identify and deliver business projects and make real, visible change.

You’ll also get the chance to travel throughout Europe.

As well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at. Does this sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

*Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don’t have to. We’re all about being healthy and happy here at innocent so we’re open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.
