Helpdesk Analyst

Fruit Towers - London

IT and Business Change

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

Hello. Do you enjoy helping people solve IT problems? Do you have a passion for understanding how all things electronic work? Can you share this enthusiasm for technology in a non-techny way? Then read on. We are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join our team to provide in house technical support for all of our users across the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for supporting Windows and Apple based hardware and software, and troubleshooting issues face to face and remotely. All the while you will be sharing your technical knowledge, developing great relationships with innocent staff across the whole business, and keeping the Service Delivery desk the heart of the company.

you'll have

As part of the Service Delivery team you must love helping people and interacting with end users. We speak with users face to face, on the phone, and via Skype, and it's important you can bring bags of enthusiasm for IT and communicate that with all of our end users.

Working in a fast-paced environment you'll use your Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory knowledge, but crucially it will be your problem solving skills that will be put to the test to solve peoples' problems.

You'll have an inquisitive nature, and will want to get stuck into all of the different systems that support our business.

The other key skill you'll have is attention to detail, and the ability to take on challenges and work through problems to find the root cause and the solution.

you'll get

You will get to work for one of the UK’s most well-known brands in our dedicated and passionate IT and Business Change team. The team is based in London and we support around a dozen European offices, so there's plenty of opportunity to travel.

We actively promote internal career development, providing great learning and development courses to enhance your professional growth, as well as relevant core IT training to help you gain industry recognised IT qualifications.

Innocent is growing quickly, and investing heavily in new technologies to facilitate that growth, so this is a super exciting time to be working in Service Delivery and supporting the company as we expand.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're all about being healthy and happy here at innocent so we're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.

No agencies please.
