Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. what you'll be doing

As our Head of Brand & Portfolio for Europe, you’ll lead a purpose-led brand on a mission to help more people across Europe to live well through the delicious goodness of fruit & veg. It’s an exciting time to join innocent as we move into our next stage of growth, with our brand and portfolio right at the centre. You’ll be steering this forward while navigating shifting consumer expectations, evolving customer landscapes, new regulations, emerging tech and a world that doesn’t stand still.

Additionally, you’ll

  • Be the guardian of our brand positioning and the guardrails that protect its value.
  • Lead our long-range brand & portfolio plans (you’ll join in the middle of our current cycle and help evolve it) and steer the annual brand plan.
  • Lead the European portfolio, from core range health to new innovation and renovation.
  • Deliver our European innovation pipeline and make sure it lands brilliantly in markets.
  • Understand brand performance across Europe and turn insights into action.
  • Lead our European comms strategy and build creative platforms that travel well across markets.
  • Drive the digital transformation of Marketing and build capability across the team.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing brand & portfolio team.
  • Role model great cross-functional and cross-market collaboration.
  • Bring strong leadership agility in a fast-moving, changing marketplace.
  • Manage DME and Opex with a clear eye on impact.

you'll have

  • Strong leadership gained from an FMCG environment (ideally drinks) with multiple European markets experience.
  • You’ll have a strong background within strategy, execution, comms, innovation and portfolio.
  • You’re a strong leader and have experience in building and developing high-performing, multinational and multidisciplined teams.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management, including the ability to communicate and influence effectively
  • The ability to thrive in complexity, adapting quickly and delivering at pace.
  • You’ll be values-led, curious, commercially sharp and genuinely excited about our brand and products.
  • Comfortable working above market, shaping European platforms that land well locally.
