what you'll be doing

At innocent we’re going through an exciting period of growth – broadening both our product portfolio and the geographies we operate within, getting our delicious drinks in the hands of more and more drinkers across Europe.

We’re looking for a Group Consumer Insight Manager to join our Group Marketing team to help us support our growing European business. Youll report into our Group Consumer Insight Leader, and work closely with our Group brand and innovation teams to help drive strategic change, through the delivery and application of sharp insight into our growing European consumer base.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Champion the voice of the consumer in everything we do. Engage the wider company with the work the insights team does and build enthusiasm internally about getting to know our target consumers and their behaviours.
  • Partner with marketing and ideation managers, leading ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects, gaining actionable insight to drive decisions on positioning, pack, product and comms to ensure successful launches into markets.
  • Pioneer best in class and agile research methodologies whilst building strong and collaborative relationships with research agencies.
  • Ongoing management of the global brand tracker, looking to optimise set up and outputs to suit the needs to local marketing teams.
  • Ongoing analysis and integration of European Kantar, Nielsen and brand tracking data, drawing meaningful conclusions to support recommendations to marketing teams.
  • Support local marketing teams on the application of insight.

you'll have

We’re looking for someone who’s a tip top Insight Planner, with experience across brand, communications, and innovation, across different markets.  You need to be commercially aware, and be comfortable making strategic recommendations, grounded in consumer insight, and importantly in a clear and actionable way.

Not only that, you must be truly passionate about understanding our consumers, championing best in class methodologies to get under the skin of what makes our consumers tick, and always keeping the business focussed on what’s right for our consumer.

You'll need to be talented at juggling lots of different projects, and stakeholders, with good influencing skills and ability to bring together thinking from multiple stakeholders.
