Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. what you'll be doing

We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to join our Grocery team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, helping us unlock new opportunities and drive category performance.

You’ll be…

Taking ownership of one of innocent’s key grocery accounts, you’ll be responsible for identifying and delivering growth opportunities through brilliant execution and strong commercial acumen. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our plans land effectively in-store and online, and that our customer sees us as a proactive, growth focused partner.

You’ll also support and develop a Commercial Executive, helping them build their skills and confidence as they grow in their role. This position is all about spotting opportunities, making things happen, and building great relationships along the way.

you'll have

  • A proven track record in buying, grocery, or convenience at Commercial Manager level 
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience handling high-value joint business plans or contracts 
  • Strong leadership qualities to inspire and drive high performance 
  • A natural flair for building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Top-notch communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams 
  • Resilience and a problem-solving mindset to navigate challenges with confidence 
  • A strategic outlook to set a bold vision and align it with our wider business goals
