what you'll be doing

We’re looking for a confident EDI & IT Service Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in both operational support and strategic initiatives, a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for technology and collaboration.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer set-ups, ensuring smooth integration and outstanding service. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to resolve issues with existing EDI configurations and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you’ll work alongside project teams to consult on new EDI requirements, helping to shape smarter, more efficient solutions that drive long-term success.

you'll have

Experience with EDI systems, protocols and data formats
Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service delivery principles
Hands-on use of ITSM platforms for ticket management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders confidently
Familiarity of reporting methodologies & governance
Comfortable delivering presentations or training sessions
Strategic mindset with a track record of process improvement
Curious, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
