Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. what you'll be doing

The UK+ Operations team is looking for someone to manage some of our highest profile customers and lead a team, delivering brilliant commercial outcomes for the UK. You will be responsible for communicating with those customers with authority, confidence and integrity, and leading forecasting processes for UK+, contributing directly to the UK+ Service Level. You will lead the team in developing a voice of the customer program to keep the customer at the centre of the supply chain.

Represent innocent externally – and operations internally – with authority and assuredness.
Manage significant customer forecasts, confident in your decisions and the impact they will have on the business.
Build brilliant relationships, with your customers but also your team.
Build a clear voice of the customer program to deliver top tier AGS scores.

you'll get

To work directly with high-profile accounts that have a significant impact on UK performance
To lead and develop 2 direct reports.
Working cross functionally, across the supply chain, GTM teams and newly formed European customer supply team.
To take a leadership role within the UK+ Ops team, raising the bar for all around you.
