what you'll be doing

Our Creative team have had a very busy start to 2019. We are looking for someone brilliant, who is immediately available to lend a hand on a temporary (ongoing) basis. 

This role reports into our Head of Creative, and it is an opportunity to really get stuck in with responsibilities including team management, stakeholder management, brand strategy/guardianship and of course the hands on creative stuff too. 

You’ll be helping out by managing some of our talented team of designers and copywriters, while leading on briefs and following those projects through to completion. All while helping to delight our drinkers every day. In this role you will ensure creative excellence and consistency across our much loved brand.

you'll have

A stellar portfolio showing us your top notch creative and brand management skills, but it will also tip the scales in your favour if you can:
  • Lead the charge – team leadership is really important to us here at innocent, so experience directly managing a creative team and the ability to maintain that team camaraderie is a vital as a Creative Team Leader

  • Build successful relationships– with both internal and external stakeholders. Along with a natural, confident and positive style and the ability to influence those you work with, will help take us a long way

  • Do a bit of everything all of the time - the ability to multi-task and direct effectively under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines, and work quickly while maintaining attention to detail

  • Show us what you know –from your experience working on national and international brands (and with great FMCG brands). Along with up-to-date knowledge of print, packaging and TVC production techniques.
